My first task during my time working on EVE: Valkyrie was creating a new Launch Tube sequence based upon concept art by Kári Gunnarsson. The task involved blocking out the design and testing in VR to make sure we would get the right sense of speed. The launch tube was then broken down into modular assets and each one was taken to final. I then setup the launch tube inside of an Unreal Engine Blueprint complete with lighting.
